What method of payments are accepted?

We accept payment via any kind of electronic payment method or service.

Will my Payment details be stored ?

We do not save Credit Card, Bank Account or Payment infomration. We use industry standard electronic payment services such as Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe etc.

How much will I be charged?

Our prices are in US dollars. You'll be charged the equivalent of stated USD price in your local currency. Payment processing merchant's currency exchange rate will be used. We have no control over the exchange rate.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel subscription anytime. However, since the payments are charged in advance for the period of frequency selected. We do not have facility to refund amount for the remaining days till the end of the current cycle.

Can I change my plan after some time?

You can change your plan anytime. Plan change will take effect immediately and new payment contract will be initiated.

What is option to purchase Add-Ons?

The premium package provide added user and chart licenses as a combo. If the premium subscription cost does not suit your business, you can still purchase additional User or Chart licenses separately as Add-Ons.
